Top 3 Skin Tips for 2015
Top 3 Skin Tips for 2015
1. Stay Hydrated this winter. Set a goal to drink 32 oz. of water before noon. We have a tendency to dehydrate in our sleep so drinking lots of water early in the day helps us feel energized, awake and improves the lymphatics of the skin.
2. 1-2 Tablespoons of Flaxseed, Borage, or Evening Primrose Oils daily. Essential fatty acids help prevent cracking and chapping of skin
3. Dry Skin Brush & Homemade Skin Scrubs. Dry skin brush first thing in the morning helps to improve circulation to the skin’s surface replacing dry flaky skin with healthy hydrated skin. Dry skin brush daily and add in this Natural Skin Scrub 1-2 times a week.
