Now that you have been enjoying a green shake everyday for over 2 weeks how do you feel?

Popeye's Shake

1 cup organic spinach leaves

1 cup organic arugula

1 celery rib

1  organic pear

¼  cups frozen or fresh organic blueberries

¼ lemon, peeled

¼ cup raw organic almonds

1 cup water

1 cup ice cubes

 

Blend together and enjoy!
