Our initial consultations begin with walking you through the whole procedure. We explain the filtration system, the mechanics of the session, and answer any questions you may have with regards to what to expect during and after the session.
Once the session begins, we apply a warm castor oil pack on your abdomen, cover you in a warm blanket and heating pad. During the session, we perform reflexology on your feet and gently massage your abdomen to your comfort level.
The gentle inflow of filtered water is always to your comfort level and the release of waste is controlled by your body's own peristaltic movement. The rest of the session is a repetition of introducing warm filtered water into your large intestine and your body releasing diluted waste. We work within your comfort level and aim to make each session as comfortable as possible.
Our colon hydrotherapists are certified through the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapists (I-ACT). Our colonic machines are FDA certified AquaNet closed system units offering both gravitational and gently pressurized colonic sessions. For your safety, we use disposable, one time use speculum kits. Because we specialize in first time clients, the initial appointment is 1 1/2 hours. All follow-up sessions will be 1 hour.
If you have any of the following contraindications you are required to have a doctor’s referral saying that you are healthy enough to receive colon hydrotherapy. Please obtain the doctor’s note before scheduling your colon hydrotherapy session. Please call our office if you have any questions.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a specific form of bodywork in which we increase circulation to the main lymphatic drains of the body which send the excess fluid to the kidneys to be urinated out.
This bodywork is helpful in reducing fluid retention which may contribute to edema, carpal tunnel, fibrocystic breasts and mastitis, ear/nose/ throat congestion, cellulite, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), leg cramps and quickens recovery time after a physical injury. It also improves recovery time from breast augmentation and lipotransfer procedures. Our sessions use massage oils infused with grapefruit, geranium, bay laurel, or any other herb specific for stimulating lymphatic release.

Visceral Manipulation/Myofascial Release (VM) addresses pain, dysfunction, and poor posture which may result from structural and functional imbalances. Imbalances can result from surgical scars, sports injuries, car accidents, endometriosis, stress, bacterial infections, or poor posture and creates fixed, abnormal points of tension that the body must move around. Symptoms such as chronic bloating and constipation, pain, limited range of motion, fluid retention, and muscle tightness can all be a result of fascial restrictions.
By increasing proprioceptive communication through a gentle, steady touch VM is helpful in restoring musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive and lymphatic health.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses a soft touch to release restrictions along the spine and head that improves the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid. This release allows for better flow of nutrition and communication along the entire nervous system. Very effective if you carry a lot of tension in your face, jaw, head, neck, shoulders, back, hips and feet.
CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including: learning disabilities, chronic fatigue, emotional difficulties, stress and tension, fibromyalgia and other connective-tissue disorders, TMJ, neurovascular or immune disorders, PTSD, post-surgical dysfunction, migraine headaches, chronic neck and back pain, motor-coordination impairments, central nervous system disorders, orthopedic problems, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, scoliosis

Zero Balancing uses finger pressure and gentle traction on areas of tension in the bones, joints and soft tissue to create fulcrums, or points of balance, around which the body can relax and reorganize.
By addressing the deepest and densest tissues of the body along with soft tissue and energy fields, Zero Balancing helps to clear chronic tension and blocks in the body’s energy flow. Shown to reduce stress, amplify vitality and promote better postural alignment can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, and provide lasting relief from emotional distress to improve overall quality of life.
Zero Balancing can also be helpful with specific goals such as relief from back pain, improving concentration or sleep, releasing unwanted stress, eliminating old behavior patterns, or boosting well-being. A session typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes and is offered through clothing.
