Why would I want to drink a green shake everyday?
By increasing raw vegetables in our diet we can alkalinize our body's ph which helps us feel more energetic, experience more mental clarity, clear up our skin, and have better bowel habits.
Why Liquify, Why Not Just Eat More Salads?
Blending the vegetables assists the digestive process and encourages easier assimilation of the nutrients. Salads are excellent as well, however, most people do not chew their food 40 times each mouthful.
Why Is Chewing So Important?
Amylase, a digestive enzyme for starches is in our saliva and helps to break down the cellulose (vegetable fiber). So chew solid foods very well to incorporate that amylase in your food and even chew your green shake to assist the breaking down of the vegetable fiber.
5 Steps to Making Green Shakes Easy To Prepare
Assembling Your Green Shake Prep Kits:
- Wash enough veggies and fruits at once for 7 days worth of green shakes. Spray your veggies and fruits in a Veggie Wash or Homemade Spray of (1 cup vinegar, 1 cup water, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp baking soda). Soak for 5 minutes and rinse well.

- Store ziploc bags in the fridge.
- Pull out one bag a day and pour all ingredients into your blender. Add water, ice, flax oil, or any other liquids that are listed in the recipe.
